While food stays in the plaza restaurants, you can always refuel with pre-packaged snacks, soft drinks, and bottled water available right inside Putter Up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are reservations required?

Reservations are recommended. If you do not have reservations, you might have to wait to play if we are busy. Either way, please complete a waiver before you come. The link to the waiver is at the bottom of our website.

What if I do not know how many people are joining us to play the course?

Go ahead and make reservations for the number you think is coming. The front desk staff can always add a few more to the party OR refund you for the few that could not make it.

Do you serve food and adult beverages?

We offer pre-packaged snacks, water, soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. There are 3 restaurants at Campus 124 that you can purchase lunch, dinner or adult beverages. The adult beverage can be brought into Putter Up in the provided green solo cup.

Is there an age limit to play?

Ages 4 and older are allowed to play.

Can I make changes to my reservations?

Yes! Call us at 205-600-3418 or email us. We can change the date, time, or number of people coming.

Is Putter Up ADA compliant?

YES! We have putters that are longer and bend at the end. That way you can shoot the shot no matter the angel. The putters also have suction cups on the handle, so you can get your ball out of each hole.

What is the last reservation available each day?

We stop taking customers 20 minutes before closing time daily.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by calling (205) 600-3418 or emailing putterup_bham@yahoo.com. To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 2 hours before your reservation. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Can I reschedule instead of canceling?

Yes! You can reschedule your tee time by contacting us at least 2 hours before your reservation. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you.
